  • Performance Package ($599/month)
  • Antivirus Annual Plan ($89.99/year)

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your initial payment.

  • Monthly subscription fees (pro-rated for partial months)

  • Unused portions of prepaid services

  • Setup Fees: One-time setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable
  • Ad Spend: Advertising costs paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Completed Work: Delivered creative assets, websites, or content that has been approved
  • Third-Party Costs: Domain registrations, hosting fees, software licenses
  • After 30 Days: No refunds available after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Antivirus Monthly Plan: Monthly antivirus subscriptions are non-refundable

  • ACH payments: Returned to the original bank account

  • Monthly Plan ($9.99/month): No refunds, cancel anytime
  • Refunds only available if no claims or support tickets were filed
  • Partial refunds not available for annual plans after 30 days

4.3 Individual Services

  • Graphic Design ($49/design): Refundable before final delivery
  • Video Editing ($149/video): Refundable before final delivery
  • Landing Page Design ($499): 50% refundable before development starts
  • Website Design ($499): Refundable in stages based on project completion
  • Content Writing ($0.12/word): Refundable before delivery

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with 30-day written notice
  • Services continue until the end of the current billing cycle
  • No refunds for the current month after cancellation notice
  • All outstanding invoices must be paid before cancellation is complete

5.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • After 30 days, no refunds for remaining months
  • Service continues until the end of the annual term
  • No automatic renewal - you control when to renew

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of all services
  • Account termination
  • Removal of access to all deliverables and assets
  • Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

7. Partial Refunds

  • Service interruptions caused by Printeroids (pro-rated credit)
  • Partially completed projects (based on work delivered)

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

8.1 Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Platform policy changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Internet service provider outages
  • Government regulations or restrictions

8.2 Client-Caused Delays

No refunds for delays caused by:

  • Failure to provide required information or assets
  • Delayed responses to requests (beyond 48 hours)
  • Scope changes or additional requests
  • Client unavailability for scheduled calls or reviews
