1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Printeroids.net ("Website"), operated by Printeroids Technologies, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Printeroids Technologies provides the following digital marketing and creative services:

• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management
• Graphic Design Services
• Video Editing & Motion Graphics
• Website Design & Development
• Content Writing & Copywriting
• Antivirus & Cybersecurity Protection
• SEO & Digital Marketing Consulting

3. Service Terms

3.1 Service Packages

Services are provided under the following package structures:

• Starter Package ($399/month): Single channel advertising management with basic creative support
• Performance Package ($599/month): Multi-channel strategy with enhanced creative and optimization
• Enterprise/Custom: Tailored solutions with custom pricing based on requirements

3.2 Contract Duration

• Initial commitment period: 60 days minimum
• After initial period: Month-to-month billing
• Cancellation requires 30-day written notice
• Services can be paused with 15-day notice

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing

• Monthly invoices sent via email
• Payment due within 7 days of invoice date
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, ACH, wire transfer
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest charge

4.2 Ad Spend

• Advertising spend billed directly by platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Client responsible for all ad spend charges
• Management fees separate from ad spend
• Ad spend over package limits subject to additional 15% management fee

4.3 Refunds

• Pro-rated refunds available within first 30 days
• No refunds after 30-day period
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@printeroids.net

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Respond to requests for information within 48 hours
• Provide accurate brand assets and content
• Maintain active payment methods
• Comply with all platform policies and regulations
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own all custom creative assets including:

• Graphic designs created specifically for client
• Video content and motion graphics
• Website designs and code
• Written content and copy

6.2 Printeroids Technologies Rights

• Printeroids Technologies retains rights to proprietary processes and methodologies
• Right to use completed work in portfolio with client permission
• Analytics data and campaign insights remain Printeroids Technologies property

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Not disclose sensitive business data to third parties
• Protect login credentials and account access
• Use confidential information only for service delivery

8. Performance & Results

• Printeroids Technologies does not guarantee specific results or ROI
• Performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, and budget
• We commit to industry best practices and continuous optimization
• Regular reporting provided as per service package

9. Limitation of Liability

Printeroids Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Platform policy changes or account suspensions
• Third-party service interruptions
• Loss of business or revenue
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in preceding 3 months

10. Termination

10.1 By Client

• 30-day written notice required after initial 60-day period
• All outstanding invoices must be paid
• Access to accounts and assets transferred within 7 days

10.2 By Printeroids Technologies

Printeroids Technologies may terminate services immediately if:

• Payment is 30+ days overdue
• Client violates platform policies
• Client engages in illegal activities
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff

11. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with applicable data protection laws
• Client data used only for service delivery

• Data retention as per legal requirements

12. Antivirus Services

For antivirus and cybersecurity services:

• Monthly plan: $9.99/month, cancel anytime
• Annual plan: $89.99/year, 30-day money-back guarantee
• Protection covers specified number of devices per plan
• Updates and support included in subscription
• No guarantee of 100% protection against all threats

13. Modifications to Terms

• Printeroids Technologies reserves right to modify terms at any time
• Changes effective upon posting to website
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
• Major changes communicated via email

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

• Good faith negotiation required before legal action
• Mediation preferred for dispute resolution
• Arbitration in Illinois if mediation fails
• Each party bears own legal costs unless otherwise awarded

17. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Printeroids Technologies and you concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
